A downloadable game
Hardcore strategy board game without any randomness
Show your friends or some random people on the Internet that you're the best strategist.
How to play:
1. Collect tokens in your cities
2. Create caravans and capture other cities.
3. Prepare before fights with other opponents. Build forges, cast spells and mess with your opponent's head with your army sizes.
4. Defend your land with towers, block paths to your cities and take care of your army's positions.
5. There is no luck involved. Kill everyone with the power of your mind.
Controls:
- right-click interact
- left-click rotate camera
- middle button to pan
- scroll wheel to zoom
- space to see details about caravans and cities.
Whats in the game at the moment:
- 3 playable classes (mage, warrior and merchant)
- several maps
- up to 8 players FFA
- 2 game modes (normal and sudden death)
What next you ask?
If people like the game and there will be any player base I am planning to add:
- Bigger servers (now only 20 concurrent players possible SORRY! again no money)
- Leader board and statistics for player accounts.
- Seasons with tweaked classes to keep the game fresh.
- Move game state processor to server-side (now it's client-side because I don't have money to keep the servers up) that will prevent any cheats from happening.
- Custom maps (with a map editor for users)
- New game modes like King of the hill/battle royale and much more.
- New classes.
- Cosmetics for personalization of cities/caravans/game table/spells.
- Custom assets <- that cost a lot and I am just a developer.
- Physical version of the game with physical tournaments.
About the game:
I created the Pillage as a board game and tried to get it published by several different board game manufacturers with no luck. I figured that I don't have enough money to publish it myself so I developed a PC version.

How to run on Windows.
Unpack .zip and double click on the pillage.exe
How to run on Mac.
Unpack .zip Move Pillage 1.0 MAC.app to /Applications directory Open console and type ‘chmod -R 700 /Applications/Pillage\ 1.0\ MAC.app/’ Now try to run the game. There will be a warning message. Go to Apple -> system preferences -> Security & Privacy Click open anyway. (I don't want to go thru the whole apple process of authorizing that app at least yet. So if you are mac owner and still want to play you have to do that.)
